Spacious & Stylish in the Heart of the Old Town
Situated in the central hub of the Old Town, a few steps away from the famous Place Rossetti, this two bedroomed apartment is tasteful and charming.

Due to the southerly aspect of this 70m2 apartment, it is always flooded with sunshine, even in winter. The natural light is what greets you as soon as you open the door and step into the spacious open plan living area which is sleek, uncluttered, and very tastefully furnished. There are two plum leather sofas, a Habitat cabinet with a 20-inch LCD screen and DVD home cinema and hi-fi system (which includes the facility of playing music from your MP3 player), a rug and cushions, and a Habitat coffee table.

To the back of the living area, there is a large solid wood dining table and four tall backed chairs. A perfect area for sampling the local produce. Due to the open plan area, we think this is an ideal apartment if you are fond of cooking and eating at home. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, cafétiere, and juicer, and all of the utensils necessary for rustling up a modest feast.

The hallway leads to a dressing area designed with typically French furniture. This is a fantastic space for ladies to get ready to go out into the Old Town whilst their partners relax in the living area.

At the end of the hallway you will find the bathroom and then two bedrooms. The bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle with a small seating area inside, and toilet and sink with vanity unit underneath. A washing machine is tucked away in the corner.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside drawers on either side, reading lamps, and a large mirrored wardrobe . The second bedroom has a double bed, one bedside table with drawers, and reading lamps. Clothes for the second bedroom can be stored in a large single-railed built-in wardrobe in the hall area.

(cont'd) The apartment is on the third floor on Ruelle de la Boucherie and has no lift so will not be suitable for those who find stairs difficult. As soon as you step out the door, you'll be immersed in the ambience and charm of the Old Town and all it has to offer at any time of year. You can wander around the winding streets lined with unique shops and galleries that draw locals and visitors alike. You can enjoy the daily flower market at the Cours Saleya and take advantage of the innumerable cafes, bars, and restaurants on your doorstep. If you want to venture from the Old Town, then the beach is just a five minute stroll away.

This is, without doubt, the most charming, colourful, and historic part of Nice. Best of all, the area is completely pedestrianised. In fact, the nearest road is where the airport bus drops you off, which is less than a five minute walk away.

The beach, Promenade des Anglais, is only 5 minutes walk and the restaurants, bars, and shops of the Old Town are literally on the doorstep. In the immediate vicinity, there are restaurants and shops only, so there is no noise from bars and clubs. If you sat with the windows open on an evening, you will hear a gentle buzz of activity of people ambling around the famous Place Rossetti only 50 metres away.
