Just Off the Beach in the Old Town This comfortable and stylish apartment is just one street back from the famous Cours Saleya flower market. It is fully renovated with freshly plastered cream painted walls, a real wood floor throughout, and an open plan living and dining area. Add the stylish furniture, original artwork and artefacts, superb location and you have an ideal holiday apartment. The front door opens into the main body of the apartment, with the kitchen, dining area and bathroom to the right and the living area and bedrooms to the left. The kitchen comprises of buttercup coloured units holding all glassware and pans, a dark grey worktop with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and stainless steel oven underneath. There is a hob, an extractor fan and a kettle and cafetiere. Opposite the kitchen is a large solid wood dining table and four high backed brown leather chairs. A large wooden cabinet next to the table holds a complete dinner service as well as all the utensils you will need. The living area has a large comfortable corner sofa upholstered in fawn with an array of complimentary cushions. There is also a large wooden coffee table and a light for reading. Set back in the living area is a 30 inch LCD display with a DVD player with a selection of recent releases. Next to the TV you will find a large mirrored cupboard with hanging space and clothes storage. The living area leads onto the two bedrooms which are almost identical in size. Found at the very front of the apartment, the bedrooms are styled with replica French period furniture making them elegant yet modern. Both rooms have a double bed with headboards, bedside drawers, a four drawer chest and a mirror. The far bedroom also has a classical French armchair. Both are decorated with French voiles and for sleeping the French shutters can be used. |

(cont'd) At the back of the apartment you will find the bathroom. It is fully tiled in a light blue mosaic with a black border. There is a large shower cubicle with glass shower screen, a sink with vanity unit under and mirror over and a WC. A washing machine is tucked away in the corner of the room.
The apartment is on the third floor of a typical old town building. It has no lift and therefore will not be suitable for those who struggle with steep steps. As soon as you step out of the door, you have the Fougasse bakery at your feet. One street down brings you to the Cours Saleya. Cross this and you are at the Promenade des Anglais. There are countless cafes, restaurants on your doorstep. This apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy being right in the heart of all the Old Town has to offer.
