Internet Wi-Fi access is also provided. The living area is finished with recessed illuminated shelving, lamps, a large rug, designer mirrors and mood control lighting. Continuing the theme of antique and modern, the black glass dining table is complimented by an art deco sideboard with black marble top and a quirky antique drinks cabinet with fold down velvet lined top for serving. Classic black and white photographs adorn the walls with designer lamp and mood lighting. The kitchen is modern, functional and stylish with all the mod cons. There is a full halogen hob, combination microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. An electric kettle, coffee plunger and toaster are also provided. |

The apartment is situated on the fifth floor without a lift in one of Nices' many historic buildings dating back to the 1700's. It is reached via a marble staircase with window views to the sea and chateau. As well as the décor, the bonus of this apartment lies in its location, between the Old Town and the beach. Just one street back from the sea and promenade, the famous Beau Rivage beach is less than a minute walk away, while the Cours Saleya with its daily bustling markets and the old town with Nice's best restaurants are literally on your doorstep. The tram stop is one minute walk away with the bus station and the supermarket is less than a five minute stroll. You really are in the heart of everything in this beautiful holiday apartment.
