You're only 100 metres from the main shopping area with designer shops such as Chanel, Max Mara, and Louis Vuitton. The apartment building has well maintained common parts and a key coded access. Once inside, there is a spacious hall leading off into the two bedrooms, one to the left and one to the right, then a small hallway leading to the bathroom and separate toilet and then to the open plan living area to the front of the building. The open plan living area is furnished with two very large comfortable brown leather sofas, an LCD screen and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, wall radiators, fans for summer, two large lamps for soft lighting in the evenings, a glass topped table with chairs for four people, and shelving with a hi-fi unit. Real wood varnished flooring, which is laid throughout the apartment, completes the modern and clean sleek look. The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. A Brita water filter is available for your use so you can remove any impurities from the tap water. Plenty of tableware and cooking utensils are provided. |

Soak up the sun on the beach or wander along the Promenade des Anglais. The local transport network is second to none. With the train station 15 minutes away and the bus station less than 5 minutes away, the whole of the French Riviera is easily accessible.
