On Rue Alexandre Mari in a well-maintained building with a lift, this fourth floor apartment has everything you could feasibly need on holiday. The open plan living area is equipped with a modern slick fully fitted kitchen with dark wood units which house a fridge, a two-ring hob, extractor fan, and cupboard space containing all necessary utensils to cook and entertain. In the kitchen, you will also find a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a microwave oven/grill. The living area hosts a white table with four wicker chairs, a comfortable large corner sofa, with a large coffee table, and a white console table with a TV and DVD player. Inside the console table is a Hi-fi system. The living area is complete with tasteful pictures and decor. The apartment benefits from good natural light and morning sun through the large double glazed window. The deep redwood laminate floor compliments the look. The bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment and can be partly closed off by a sliding door. Here you will find a double bed, beside shelving units with a bedside light and a radio alarm clock. A clothes rail and shelving for clothes can be found in the wardrobe at the entrance to the apartment. The well appointed bathroom with modern marble effect tiles consists of a full sized shower, a sink with vanity unit and a large, well lit, mirror. |

This apartment is ideal for a couple and provides a perfect base for exploring. For occasional extra guests, the corner sofa is a sofa bed. It is neat, stylish, and a perfect alternative to a hotel suite.
The location of this building is ideal. Situated in the posh part of the Old Town, a few metres from the Opera de Nice, you will find on your doorstep the most exclusive restaurants in town, along with the famous shops offering olive oil, chocolates, and truffles, all on one street. The famous flower market on the Cours Saleya is practically this apartment's front garden. Stroll for a minute or two and you will find yourself in the heart of the Old Town for more restaurants, bars, and the ambience of the Old Town. A minute stroll in the other direction will find you on the main area of the Promenade and beach. Should you wish to travel further afield, the bus station is a five-minute walk away. The train station is twenty five minutes away. If you need to bring a car, there is also the Cours Saleya underground car park on the doorstep.
