Simply Sleek in the City The whole of this central Nice apartment has been renovated to a superb standard, and then finished with high quality fixtures and fittings. Perfectly proportioned between rooms, this 95 m2 apartment oozes easy stylish living. With a central location, two balconies, two bathrooms, air-conditioning and a bright fourth floor position a family or group will find this a perfect holiday apartment in Nice. The open plan living area is decorated in appealing hues of browns, creams with a smattering of colour. The kitchen units in a gloss laminate compliment the solid marble worktop and marble floor. The units under the worktop hold a built-in dishwasher, washing machine and fridge and freezer. The units above hold all necessary glassware, crockery and utensils. There is also a toaster, coffee maker and kettle. A black rectangular table with cream chairs provides ample dining space. There are also black breakfast stools for those watching the preparation of dinner with their glass of vin rouge. Of course, should you prefer, dining can take place on the table outside on the south facing top floor terrace which is sun drenched all through the year. The living area is bright and spacious with an upholstered sofa that seats 3, two cream easy chairs, a large wooden and glass coffee table with a large rug under, a matching large console table supporting a 40 inch LCD screen and DVD player. There is also cable TV with some English channels as well as WI_FI connection. The large double glazed window is framed by beige and cream stylish striped curtains. There are also built in cupboards to the far right for easy store of suitcases. Stored here are also an ironing board, iron, hairdryer and clothes drying rack. |

A double bed is central with two bedside tables with reading lamps. En suite is a small bathroom tiled in marble and is complimented by a marble top vanity unit and large porcelain sink with large mirror over. The shower cubicle is large with a power shower.
The master bedroom hosts romantic French furniture and French doors lead out into a small balcony, perfect for pleasant morning breakfasts. This is just one of the four balconies from which you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun from breakfast onwards. Bedrooms two and three are similar to the master bedroom but do not have an en-suite. All the bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, bedside lamps and curtains. All the bedrooms are also at the back of the apartment ensuring a good night's sleep. The main bathroom is to be found in the centre of the apartment. It is fully tiled in luxury marble with a deep bath and shower over. There is a glass shower screen, a large sink and a WC. To the right of the bathroom is another separate WC. This apartment is just off the Carre d'Or quarter in a well-maintained building with a lift. It is on Rue Marechal Joffre which is a popular holiday rental apartment area in Nice, just off the pedestrian zone. It is a well connected area with fantastic restaurants on your doorstep and close to all the high end boutiques and shops. The Promenade, the Old Town and the bus and train station can be reached easily on foot. If you are two families booking together, you might want to consider both this apartment and Marechal which is directly opposite. This apartment also comes with car-parking.
