![]() Panoramic Views & Rooftop Pool Connected to a hotel and located next to the Acropolis exhibition centre, this seventh floor apartment enjoys fantastic panoramic views from a quiet terrace and a rooftop pool for residents use, a rare find in such a central location. The air-conditioned open plan living area can comfortably host two and there is a flat screen TV and DVD player on a TV cabinet for entertainment. The kitchen comes equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, a dishwasher, and a large selection of glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. There is also a kettle and a toaster. As with all our properties, basic groceries are provided on arrival. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace and so there is plenty of light. At night, roller shutters can be used. There is a sofa bed to sleep an additional two if required. The terrace has seating for four people to enjoy an evening bottle of wine whilst enjoying the landscape of the hills of Nice. The terrace is situated at the back of the building, almost overlooking the pool. It is quiet and not particularly overlooked, this being the seventh floor of the tallest building in the immediate vicinity. The bedroom also has patio doors to the terrace and shutters for bedtime. The bed consists of two single beds that can be separated or pushed together. There is a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space and air conditioning for warm summer nights. |

(cont'd) The bathroom consists of a shower cubicle and sink with a mirrored storage cupboard underneath. There is a separate toilet adjacent to the bathroom. To the left of the shower cubicle, there is a large cupboard which conceals a washing machine and combined tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron.
The apartment is just to the right of the Acropolis in a narrow street. There is traffic passing next to the apartment, but it is not a very busy road. Most vehicles head off down to the Acropolis underground car park before they reach the apartment block. Since the apartment is at the back of the building, it is very quiet. From the apartment, it's a five-minute walk to the Old Town of Nice and a ten to twelve minute walk to the beach. It is also only a five-minute walk to the bus station if you want to take advantage of Nice's excellent transport service and head out to Antibes, Monaco, or Cannes. This is not as central as some of our other apartments on offer, but is still in easy walking distance of all that Nice has to offer and is most convenient for car parking and if you intend to visit the Acropolis and the Museum of Modern Arts and Contemporary Art (MAMAC). We are flexible on arrival dates, times, and length of your stay. We can usually offer a discount on bookings of less than a week. Prices are in British Pounds Sterling.
