Perfectly proportioned between rooms, this 40 square metre apartment oozes easy minimalist and stylish living. It is also surprisingly quiet for its central position. The apartment is just off the main High Street of Jean Médicin and traffic is minimal. The apartment also benefits from air conditioning. The open plan living area is decorated in appealing hues of browns, creams, and reds. The kitchen units in a gloss laminate compliment the marble effect worktop and real wood floor. The units under the worktop hold a built-in dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge with small freezer compartment. The units above hold all necessary glassware, crockery, and utensils. There is also a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, food blender, and microwave. A black glass rectangular table with four leather backed cream chairs provides ample dining space. Moving further into the apartment you will find a high-quality cream leather sofa bed, a stand-alone reading lamp, a white console table supporting a 32-inch LCD screen and DVD player, a deep red rug and cushions, and a smaller lamp for subtle lighting. The large double-glazed window is framed by beige curtains. The large bedroom benefits from a large double-glazed window and good sized built-in wardrobes. A double bed is central with two bedside tables with reading lamps and an alarm clock. A white bucket occasional chair, artwork on the far wall, blue cushions and a quilted throw, and heavy lined curtains complete all creature comforts. All of the major places in Nice, including the Old Town and the Promenade, are 15 minutes walk away.
