Apartment Marechal We have had a fabulous time here in Nice in a stunning apartment. Would recommend taking the open-top bus tour to get a feel for the town. Mind the branches on the top deck! Recommend eating at Atmosphere in the flower market and make sure you take a walk to the Castle Hill to see stunning views from the top. C'est magnifique! We would recommend the Rothschild Villa de Ephrussi at St Jean Cap Ferrat. The bus stops outside the gates (number 81). Many thanks to Matt for sorting us out with accommodation for this last minute holiday, and to Gayle for coming so promptly to sort out the TV. Thank you too for letting us leave our bags here until we needed to leave for the airport. Just one thing. The top shelves in the kitchen cupboard are very high for a vertically challenged 5 foot 3 person! Would recommend La Merenda and L'Univers-Christian Plumail (expensive but fab) to eat in. Also day trip to St Paul de Vence and Vence excellent and well worth it.
