We had the Pastorelli for a full glorious week and it was nothing short of fantastic! The apartment is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. Nice is breathtakingly beautiful and the location of the apartment is superb! Yes, it can be noisy, but it's noisy everywhere in Nice due to the vast amounts of 2-stroke mopeds and motorcycles commuting throughout the city. One hint - there are exterior blinds that you can roll down at nighttime on all the windows and doors and they block out some of the noise if it bothers you. However, it certainly is not excessive, and I'm not sure why people are mentioning it to be honest. The balconies were FANTASTIC and were definitely our favourite part of the apartment. We were never successful at getting the wifi to work in the apartment, but that's probably for the better! Nice was definitely my favourite part of the trip (Lyon and Paris were also spots we stayed). It is a fantastic city and very easy to fall in love with. Thanks so much - will definitely recommend Nice Pebbles to everyone we know and will most certainly return. Noisy outside in the evenings, but we should probably expect that anywhere in the city. The apartment itself is well equipped with all the mod cons one requires. Thanks for supplying us with the two baby cots. A wonderful place and great to be back in Nice again. So sad to have to leave. James, Joice, and the twins. Really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Great location; yes noisy at night especially when the windows are open; sirens plentiful with being so close to the hospital. But the balconies were a real bonus, pleasant hours spent people watching with a glass of wine! Tried a few of the "Nice Pebbles" recommended restaurants. "La Taca d'ali" was down to earth decent food. Indian Lounge on Rue Droite was a real find. But the best was Caffe Bianco; just a five minute walk from the apartment. Fabulous apartment and very professional business, we would love to come back. Julie and Peter Hiya! This is such a great apartment! We loved staying here! Very stylish and unique. But it was very noisy at night. The life is so cool! Thought we were in a James Bond film. The location is great, 10 minutes from the Old Town which is a great place for buying presents. The Butlers Great apartment - very stylish and had everything you could need including the iPod dock which was very handy. Location was good too; yes it's noisy at night, but when you are in the city centre just a few streets from the bus station, Vieux Nice, and the Promenade des Anglais, you can't complain. The tourist train is a great way to get your bearings and the view from the top of the castle hill is stunning. We'd also recommend the boat trip to Monaco (though the bus is cheaper). If you're artistic, you will also probably like Vence. Otherwise, we spent a lot of our time just wandering the streets of Vieux Nice which are full of character. Till the next time!
