This is a high spec duplex apartment on the top floor, the stairs mean it may not be suitable for the elderly or families with babies. Whilst you have to walk up four flights of stairs (no lift) to get to it, it is most certainly worth it.
Due to its elevation there is fantastic light and lovely views of the glittering Cathedral dome and the hills of Nice. The rental apartment is in a building typical of Nice's Old Town. The common parts have been recently decorated. There is a famous Pizza restaurant, Pizza du Maison next door.

The apartment is seconds away from the famous Rossetti square and the fabulous terrace overlooks the Cathedral St Reparaté. You could not be more in the heart of the Old Town. It is just a few minutes’ walk away from both the Cours Saleya, Promenade des Anglais and beach and the bus stops and tram stop are a mere five minute walk away. There is also a public car park nearby (from 20-30 euros per day), which is found under the Cours Saleya. A fifteen minute stroll will get you to the Port and the main shopping district in the modern city centre. The main Nice Ville train station is about 25 minutes away by foot or an easy 4-stop tram ride.

Like most of our rental apartments the living area and dining area are open plan. More uniquely, the well thought out double glazing that pushes out inside the walls means the terrace can be open plan too! So with a two seater sofa inside, two wicker lounge sofas outside, sun loungers and then the more formal dining area with antique table and 8 high backed leather chairs, you will be spoilt for choice for where to relax.

For entertainment there is a 20 inch LDC screen and DVD player. Wi-Fi is available.

The open plan kitchen is compact but again no expense has been spared on the bespoke units, granite worktop and built in fridge freezer, washing machine / tumble dryer, microwave, four ring electric hob and dishwasher. Whether for a formal meal on the antique dining table or causal nibbles on the terrace, you will find everything you need.

The two bedrooms are similar in size and look. The ground floor bedroom has a Super King Size bed with reading lamps either side. This bed can be split into 2 single beds if preferred (Please email us if you want this arrangement at the time of booking). There is a double wardrobe and chest of drawers and an LCD screen if you prefer to watch TV in bed (DVD's onlu - this TV has no channels). There is a small window for natural light looking out into the building atrium.
The second bedroom is upstairs. There is a King Size bed along with reading lamps. There is a large fitted wardrobe. Again there is a window which has a great view of the Cathedral Dome and the Nice hills. Off this bedroom is a top of the range en-suite shower room.

There is a bathroom on each floor of the duplex. the upstairs shower room features a walk in shower, toilet and wash basin with mirror over and tiled head to toe in a luxury Italian finish, whereas the downstairs bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, and wash basin. Both bathrooms have toilets.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than 7 days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
