This beach house has two floors plus a converted sous-sol. The row of houses on Rue des Ponchettes are highly desirable and well known in Nice for their historical significance and charm. The row was built in the late 18th century.

Both the beach and the famous Cours Saleya Flower and Farmers' Market are less than a minute walk away. There are numerous restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The Port is less than a five minute walk away and the shopping district of Jean Médecin can be reached within a fifteen minute stroll. The bus station can be reached within ten minutes through the Old Town.

There are two leather sofas and a dining table with 6 chairs. The living area looks onto the private patio garden which is accessible through two patio doors. There is a 42-inch plasma TV which is hooked up to SKY television so there are plenty of English channels to entertain the guests.

Although small, the separate kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and an oven with hob and extractor. Guests will find the separate utility area in the sous sol housing a washing machine and dryer particularly useful.

The large master bedroom on the first floor boasts a four poster king size bed and matching desk and coffee table. There is a small leather sofa for relaxing. Two French doors lead onto a long balcony spanning the entire width of the bedroom. The balcony enjoys panoramic sea views of the whole of the Promenade. The other first floor bedroom at the rear of the house has a romantic king size bed with bedside table and lamps. The third bedroom is found in the 'sous sol' and has 2 single beds and one double. We feel this room is ideally suited to children.

The upstairs bathroom, tiled in mosaic, is well equipped with a built in bath tub and separate shower. There is also a wash basin with mirror over and toilet. The downstairs shower room is very well appointed with a large walk in shower area, a stylish basin and mirror over and toilet.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than 7 days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
