Nightly rates based on a 7 night stay (stays of less than 7 nights will have a higher nightly rate and stays of more than 7 nights will have a lower nightly rate). A stay tax will apply, which is 4.02% of the actual stay rate excluding any travel extras, booking fees or other charges which may form part of the rate quoted. 6% Booking Fee will also apply. Both charges will be applied at checkout.

Floor/Building

Duplex apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors (occupying the two top levels in a short 3 storey building). There is no lift and will take 10 steps to reach the apartment.

Neighbourhood

In the heart of the pedestrian zone, this is a prime spot for a holiday apartment. It is less than a five minute walk to the beach. The Old Town can be reached within a ten minute stroll and the shopping district of the Jean Médecin is just a few minutes away.

Living Area

The stylish kitchen and living area is open plan, with a very comfy corner sofa that will easily seat four. For entertainment there is a 30 inch LCD screen and a DVD player. The living room furniture is modern with a glass coffee table, a red rug and a designer lamp. The large dining table easily seats four.

Kitchen

The sleek, open plan kitchen has a small breakfast bar and two stools for casual dining. It benefits from a four-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher and a washing machine.

Bedrooms

Both bedrooms have contemporary furniture in bold colours of red and white. The skylights in each bedroom ensure that the rooms are light and airy. There is a wardrobe in between the two bedrooms for your clothes.

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed with 2 bedside tables and a set of drawers for storage.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers. There is a separate air-conditioning unit in the bedrooms.

At a tight squeeze, a baby cot will fit in the bedroom and can be hired from us upon checkout if you decide not to bring one with you. See our packages for more details.

Bathroom

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, a glass shower screen and vanity unit with a designer glass wash basin and a mirror. You won't be lacking for storage, there are plenty of shelves for all your toiletries. The toilet is conveniently tucked into the corner of the bathroom.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.

How To Get There

By Car

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50€ and takes approximately 20 minutes. Trams generally run every six minutes. Disembark at the Jean Medecin tram stop and it’s a seven minute walk through the Pedestrian Zone to the apartment.

We can meet you at the tram stop at street level by the lift, or outside the apartment building, as you prefer.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 20 minute ride. You will be picked up in the arrival terminal by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your keys. See our TRAVEL EXTRAS PAGE or select at checkout.

Taxis can be picked up at either terminal.

If you are coming to Nice from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Gare Nice Ville.

From the station, the tram provides a cheap, convenient way to get to your apartment. When you leave the Gare, turn left and follow Avenue Thiers, until you come to Avenue Jean Medecin. The trams come every five minutes and tickets cost 1.50€. Take the tram just two stops down the tramline, less than a six minute journey, and get off at Massena. It is then a six minute walk from Massena to your apartment, along Rue Massena then Rue Halevy.

We can meet you at the tram stop, or outside the apartment building, as you prefer.

If you prefer to take a taxi, this will take about seven minutes from Gare Nice Ville.

Driving in Nice can be a challenge. We strongly advise GPS or a very good map. A car park near the apartment is Parking Grimaldi at 8 Rue Maccarani and requires a walk of about four minutes from the apartment. Alternatively, parking may be available in Parking Louvre at 20 Boulevard Victor Hugo which is an eight minute walk to the apartment. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.

Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30€ a day for parking in central locations.
