The bus station is just a five minute walk through the Old Town. There is a nearby public car park directly underneath the Cours Saleya.

As you enter this very bright 4th floor apartment, you first come to the kitchen and dining area which due to its open plan aspect leads onto the large 30 square metre living area. It has two large white sofas, a large rug, two stylish reading lamps and cushions. The living area provides a comfortable environment in which to enjoy the high-tech amenities of the apartment. For your enjoyment, there is a 42-inch Philips LCD TV and HD DVD player as well as in-wall KEF speakers and Yamaha Dolby 7.1 processor. There is also a SKY TV package giving over 100 English channels with sports coverage.

The kitchen is at least 30 square metres and has everything you need for lavish entertaining. There are no fewer than 21 gloss white or frosted glass kitchen units, some of which hide a dishwasher, fridge, and freezer, with the others holding all the utensils, crockery, and glassware you could ever need. For all dining requirements, there is a Smeg four-ring gas hob, a microwave, and a Smeg oven. A long wenge worktop with aluminum trim holds a kettle, toaster, and a cafetière.

Once you have been creative in the kitchen, you can dine in style at an impressive thick dark wood large table which would comfortably seat six if required with six chairs upholstered in brown velvet.

To the far end of the kitchen there is a very useful built in desk, ideal for using a laptop. Wi-fi can be accessed throughout the apartment.

The bedroom is huge 30 square meters and has a super king size bed with a superior mattress. The bedroom leads onto a large shower room and the shower room leads to a private WC. An abundance of designer features include a floor to ceiling headboard with built in lights and a huge walk in huge wardrobe which is accessed behind the bed. Music is provided by KEF built-in wall speakers. The bath and wash basins are in the bedroom, see below.

In between the shower room and bedroom is the large luxury Philippe Starke bath, designed for two. The bath comes with cushioned headboards at either side and there are three Grohe taps for hot and cold water and one for the shower attachment should you require it. Most likely you will shower in the two square metre custom walk-in shower with inset lights, bespoke teak deck, and pebble featured wall with the large bespoke marble font or basin. The basin area consists of two individual Duravit wash basins on a thick slab of chocolate brown wenge wood with a huge mirror and chic Flos pendant designer lighting.

The low-lit designed corridor to the bedroom and bathroom also leads to a utility room which hosts a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
