Just a few streets back from Place Masséna, it is approximately ten minutes walk to the beach and Promenade from this apartment. A five-minute walk will take you to the Old Town, bus and tram stops or the shopping district of Avenue Jean Médecin, and the train station is also just fifteen minutes walk away. Consequently, this rental apartment is perfect if you want to be right in the centre of all that Nice has to offer.

The bright, open plan living area benefits from two French doors leading out onto the sunny balcony. Furnished to a high standard with a dark brown leather sofa, co-ordinating cushions, and a glass coffee table; a modern take on the traditional chandelier gives you a taste of the quality of the fixtures and fittings in this rental apartment. A console table supports a 42-inch LCD screen with cable TV (with English news channels) and a DVD player. There is also Wi-Fi access.
Kitchen
The American kitchen benefits from a dishwasher, a built-in combination microwave oven and fridge freezer, electric four-ring hob with extractor fan, and stainless steel sink. All necessary utensils are provided to cook a family meal. A round glass dining table with seating for four gives you inside dining options - though we think most light meals might be taken on the balcony.
Bedrooms
The ornate master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables with table lamps, and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. The bedroom benefits from electric black out shutters and access onto the apartment's balcony.
Bathroom
The bathroom consists of a bath with overhead chrome shower attachment, a modern stylish wash basin with vanity unit below, large mirror above and a toilet. The bathroom is fully tiled and also benefits from a towel radiator.
