Just a few streets back from Place Masséna, it is approximately ten minutes walk to the beach and Promenade from this apartment. A two-minute walk will take you to the Old Town, bus station, and the shopping district of Avenue Jean Médecin. The train station is fifteen minutes walk away.
There are also gardens to relax in just around the corner.
Consequently, this rental apartment is perfect if you want to be in a fifteen-minute circumference to all that Nice has to offer.

Living Area
The large open plan living area has been carefully designed with comfort as the first priority without compromising on style. With high ceilings and original features such as the fireplace and windows, its hard not to be impressed when you walk into the large lounge. There are two comfortable 2 seater sofas and an easy chair for relaxing around the LCD TV. Lots of welcoming personal touches and decorative items make this a stylish home from home. The ceiling fans also provide a welcome breeze adding to the comfort of the living area in hotter months.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen is open plan to the living area and all appliances are integrated. There is a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. For the cooks, there is the usual halogen four-ring hob, extractor fan, and fan assisted electric oven. For dining there is a large rectangular table with four comfortable velvet upholstered chairs.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have king size beds and ensuite bathrooms and are located off the living area. They are at opposite ends of the apartment and have windows overlooking the street below. The slightly larger master bedroom is equipped with bedside tables and table lamps, a walk in wardrobe, a large mirror and console table, and an easy chair. The bedroom benefits from heavy lined curtains and matching cushions.
The second bedroom offers the same comfort and sophistication as the master and has a corner wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, console unit and mirror, and an easy chair. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans to keep the room cool during the summer months.

The larger ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom is fully tiled and houses a white bath with chrome shower attachment. (The bath has jacuzzi fittings that are no longer operational). There is a vanity unit with large mirror above and a toilet.
The second smaller shower room is en-suite to the second bedroom has a shower cubicle, electric toilet and wash basin.
