Only a few streets back from Place Masséna, it is approximately ten minutes walk to the beach and Promenade des Anglais from this apartment. Just five minutes on foot will take you to the Old Town, tram stop, and the shopping district of Avenue Jean Médecin. The train station is also just a fifteen minute walk away. Living Area
Flooded with natural light, the living area benefits from two sets of French doors leading out onto two separate balconies. Furnished to a high standard, it comes with a black and grey leather sofa with co-ordinating cushions and three glass coffee tables. There is also a wall-mounted 42-inch LCD screen with cable TV (English news channels).
Kitchen
The mahogany-coloured American kitchen benefits from a dishwasher, built-in oven, fridge freezer, electric four-ring hob with extractor fan, and stainless steel sink. All necessary utensils are provided to cook with the tasty produce the region has to offer.
An extendable rectangular glass dining table, with seating for four, gives you inside dining options - although we think most light meals will be taken on the sunny balcony.
Bedrooms
The serene master bedroom has a king size bed, a bedside table with table lamp, and a wardrobe with sliding doors. The bedroom benefits from electric black out shutters - perfect for a relaxing lie-in. There is also a cable to connect to the internet here.
Bathroom
Located on the upper level, next to the bedroom, this smart bathroom consists of a shower, a stylish wash basin with vanity unit below, large mirror above and a toilet. The bathroom is fully tiled and also benefits from a towel radiator.
There is an additional WC on the lower level of the holiday apartment.
