This apartment is situated on the second floor with no lift. The stairs are not too steep, so are easy to climb.
Neighbourhood
The apartment is located just off the landmark Place Rossetti. This beautiful square is lined with cafés, restaurants, and the infamous ice-cream parlour, Fennochio's.

With this central location, you could not be more in the heart of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk away from Cours Saleya, the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, and the bus and tram stops are a mere five minute walk away. There is also a public car park nearby, under Cours Saleya.

A fifteen minute stroll will get you to the Port in one direction and, in the other, to the Shopping District in the modern city centre. The main Nice Ville train station is about 25 minutes away by foot or an easy four-stop tram ride.

Living Area
The double aspect living area hosts a black leather corner sofa with matching slim armchairs. It has a coffee table, large rug, black shelving unit LCD TV & DVD. The dining area is set as a corner piece between two large windows, with a round table and seating for four. A large stand alone lamp sets off the atmosphere.
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen space is smartly utilised and very well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, two-ring hob, extractor fan and nespresso coffee machine. It has all utensils needed for cooking and entertaining for the occassional evenings in.
Bedrooms
The bedroom, with its attractive wooden flooring, consists of a double bed, two bedside wall units with reading lamp, and a double mirrored wardrobe. A large window and opaque glass wall panelling through to the living area mean plenty of natural light streams through. There are window shutters to block out the early morning sun for those lazy mornings.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom has a large shower, toilet, wash basin and a mirrored cabinet for storage.
