The living area is bright and spacious and is decorated in attractive hues of browns, creams with colour accents. There is a sofa that seats 3 and two cream easy chairs along with a large wooden and glass coffee table.

A matching console table supports a 40 inch LCD screen and DVD player. As well as cable TV with some English channels you can find a Wi-Fi connection.

The large double glazed windows are framed by beige and cream stylish striped curtains. There are also built-in cupboards to the far right for easy store of suitcases.

The kitchen units in a gloss laminate complement the marble effect worktop and marble floor. The units under the worktop hold a built in dishwasher, washing machine and fridge and freezer.

A black rectangular table with cream chairs provides ample dining space. There are also black breakfast stools, a perfect perch to watch (or advise) the cook at work, glass of wine in hand. Of course, should you prefer, dining can take place on the table outside on the south facing top floor terraces.

All the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment where there is only a quiet courtyard behind. They all have double beds, ample wardrobe space, bedside lamps and curtains.

The master bedroom benefits from a large double glazed window overlooking the large courtyard of the neighbouring hotel and a good-sized built-in wardrobe. En suite is a small bathroom tiled in a luxury marble effect with a complementary marble effect top and large porcelain wash basin with large mirror over. The shower cubicle is large with a power shower.

Bedrooms two and three are similar to the master bedroom but do not have an en-suite.

The main bathroom is fully tiled in luxury marble with a deep bath and power shower. There is a glass shower screen, a large wash basin and a WC. To the right of the bathroom is another separate WC. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and wash basin.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment in Nice are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels and utilities.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than 7 days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
