Nightly rates based on a 7 night stay (stays of less than 7 nights will have a higher nightly rate and stays of more than 7 nights will have a lower nightly rate). The palatial open plan living and dining room benefits from the spectacular view of the port and sea beyond through double sliding doors that open onto the first floor balcony with table and chairs to seat six.
Finished to a very high standard and in a sleek, modern style this area is decorated in tasteful hues of white and light stone grey with equally contemporary furniture. There are two two-seater black leather sofas and two separate single black leather arm-chairs, TV, coffee table and dining table with chairs to seat six.
The sleek and contemporary open-plan kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and also comes with a beautiful view of le Fort Carré in the distance. There is a four-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine.
The largest bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the generous mezzanine level. Tiled floors, high ceilings and subtle colours of light grey and Azur blue decorate this room. There is a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side and a small wardrobe. It is from here that the roof terrace is accessed.
On the first floor there are a further two separate bedrooms at the front of the apartment. The first holds a double bed with modern black head board. There are bedside tables and reading lamps either side and a double fitted, mirrored wardrobe. This room follows the same colour scheme of white and stone grey.
The third bedroom holds two single beds with matching black head board. There are bedside tables with reading lamps either side and another double fitted, mirrored wardrobe.
All three bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The first of the two bathrooms is ensuite belonging to the main bedroom on the mezzanine level. With a sloped ceiling it houses a toilet, shower and sink unit with a mirror hanging above. It is sleek and modern with grey tiling.
The second larger bathroom has just been refurbished and features a spacious walk in shower, washbasin, toilet, wall mounted storage unit and heated towel rail. Photos will be uploaded to the site soon but can be provided on request if needed.
