Both the beach and the famous Cours Saleya Flower and Farmers' Market are less than a minute walk away. There are numerous restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The Port is less than a five minute walk away and the shopping district of Jean Médecin can be reached within a fifteen minute stroll. The bus station can be reached within ten minutes through the Old Town.

There are two large sofas and a dining table with 6 chairs. The living area looks onto the private terrace which is accessible through a glass door. There is a 42-inch plasma TV which is hooked up to SKY television so there are plenty of English channels to entertain the guests. This space is also equipped with a Nintendo Wii.

The open-plan kitchen has been recently renovated to a very high standard. Olive gloss kitchen doors are matched with real wood work surfaces to give a luxury finish. There are high end appliances, a five-ring gas hob, a large American style fridge/freezer, a built in microwave and oven. This owner knows his SMEG from his NEFF.

The master bedroom boasts a huge patio window with panoramic sea views and leads out onto a large balcony. The second bedroom can be found downstairs in the 'sous sol'. Both bedrooms are over 25 square metres. Both have a king size bed, two bedside tables, lamps, large wardrobes and easy access to spacious bathrooms.
The third bedroom has twin beds, though these can easily be pushed together if desired. It has a smaller wardrobe, a bedside table, and reading lamps.

The large main bathroom is downstairs with a separate shower, bathtub, and large wash basin unit. The upstairs bathroom has a large shower. Both are spacious and beautifully appointed. There is a separate WC off the hallway on the ground floor.
