Nightly rates based on a 7 night stay (stays of less than 7 nights will have a higher nightly rate and stays of more than 7 nights will have a lower nightly rate). A stay tax will apply, which is 3% of the actual stay rate excluding any travel extras, booking fees or other charges which may form part of the rate quoted. 5% Booking Fee will also apply. Both charges will be applied at checkout.

Rue Penchienatti is well-located on a residential street in the new town. It offers ideal access to the shops, restaurants and markets of the Old Town (just 5 minutes walk away). The recently renovated Place Garibaldi is just around the corner; the perfect spot for a sunny al fresco lunch or an early evening aperitif.
There is an array of great restaurants and wine bars in the area and you are also close to supermarkets and major bus stops, making it a great base location from which to explore the Riviera.

The living/dining area is extremely spacious and comfortable. With a very generous corner sofa, additional seating and exposed stone walls, it is a great place for a tired traveller to rest their feet. As well as the sofa there's a glass coffee table, along with a TV and DVD player, and also a large dining table which seats up to six. Chandelier lighting adds a touch of glamour to the ensemble.
French windows lead out from the living area onto the small balcony at the front of the apartment.
The sleek kitchen is large and open plan. It has all you will need for any holiday cooking you want to do. There is plenty of space for food preparation, along with a four-ring ceramic hob, oven, large fridge freezer and a dishwasher.
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Without a doubt, the main feature of the master bedroom is the king size bed with its stylish chesterfield button, curved leather headboard. On either side of this there are bedside tables and reading lamps. There is also a wardrobe with ample hanging space and an original feature in the form of a small traditional square window.
The arty second bedroom has two single beds and hanging space for clothes. Conveniently, this bedroom has its own ensuite shower room.

The main bathroom again features the apartment's signature exposed stone walls and has a bath with shower attachment overhead. There is also a toilet, a ceramic wash basin and a large mirror with fitted lights.
