7th floor of a well maintained building. The lift will hold eight people and can fit a pushchair or a wheelchair.There are 114 steps to reach the apartment floor, please note these are steep.

Living Area
The living area is flooded with natural light from the large patio windows that lead out onto the balcony, and offers spectacular views of the city and the surrounding hills.
There is a large sofa and chairs with a coffee table and rug, the TV is there for those cosy evenings in, along with the fibre optic Wi-Fi to keep you connected. At the other end of the living area is a dining table with seating for four, so you have plenty of space to enjoy meals in.

The living area leads out onto the apartment's piece de resistance, its 37 square metre wrap around balcony. A real rarity in central Nice, the terrace is the ideal place to soak up the sun all day long. Complete with comfy chairs, a coffee table, and two sun loungers, you can sit back and enjoy the view over Nice's roof tops.
There are motorised shutters on the windows so you can have as much sun and light as you want, when you want.
Kitchen
The sleek kitchen is compact, but fully equipped with modern black units. There is a four-ring ceramic hob with overhead extractor, oven, microwave and large fridge freezer, as well as an Nespresso coffee machine. At the window is a motorised shutter.
Bedrooms
The two bright bedrooms are almost identical in terms of size. Both have marble flooring and large sliding doors which lead out onto the wrap around balcony - perfect for enjoying an alfresco breakfast.
In terms of furnishings, they each come with a double bed and accompanying bedside tables with lamps, as well as plenty of storage space in the fitted wardrobes. There are motorised shutters on the windows so you can have as much sun and light, or dusk and dark as you want, when you want.

The bathroom was fully renovated at the end of 2012. Luxuriously stylish, it is tiled in soft grey and has a bath with shower attachment, his and hers wash basins and a mirror with overhead lighting. The washing machine is also located here.
There is a separate WC, which was renovated at the same time.
