Floor/Building
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a modern building. There is a four person lift that will fit a pushchair, it may also accommodate a wheelchair. The same lift also serves the private garage space in the basement. The stairs are wide and not steep.
Neighbourhood
Ideally situated in the heart of Fabron, a residential area outside the busy town centre, the private grounds have two swimming pools with sun bathing terraces and a club house café/restaurant. There are several local shops including a supermarket and bakers within a couple of minutes walk. If you can tear yourself away from the domaine, it's a 5-10 minute local bus ride from the residence to the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches, from where you can take many buses or trams for the airport, Nice centre and the French Riviera.
Living Area
The living area accommodates a large comfortable white leather corner sofa as well as a small glass dining table with four stools giving the space an Art deco minimalist feel. The end wall is entirely sliding glass doors onto the terrace making the living area very bright and enjoying the sea views.
Kitchen
Located just off the living area, the modern galley kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals with tasty, local ingredients. There is a fridge with freezer compartment, four-ring gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a small table with two chairs and a small wall mounted television.
The apartment has an enclosed loggia facing the grounds behind the apartment which is accessed through patio doors from the kitchen. This is where the washing machine and drier are located. Open the windows and enjoy the garden views while cooking.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms come with original parquet floor and a king size bed, bedside tables and large wardrobe spaces. The master bedroom also has a wall unit with a small TV.
The main bedroom is at the front of the apartment. There are shutters on the patio doors which can be closed for security and to shut out the light if required and lead onto the main balcony with the magnificent views. The same sea views are seen from the master bedroom. The second bedroom is at the back of the apartment and has doors onto the loggia.
Bathroom
There are two bathrooms, both are fully tiled and equipped with a shower, washbasin with a mirrored vanity units.
There is a WC in the main bathroom and a separate WC located next to the second bathroom.
