Nightly rates based on a 7 night stay (stays of less than 7 nights will have a higher nightly rate and stays of more than 7 nights will have a lower nightly rate). This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a modern but very grand well-kept building with a small lift (a pushchair could be squeezed in). There are 20 steps outside the building (from the port entrance) and 74 inside if you choose to take the stairs. There is a second entrance from the street behind without steps.
The apartment is on the eastern quay of the port. With the great views, this is a popular street for highly regarded restaurants, bars and nightlife for a more reserved clientele. The nearest supermarket and other shops are accessible through the building courtyard to the rear.
With the revitalised Port right on your doorstep, the beach and Old Town are within a very pleasant 12-minute stroll around the quays and Rauba Capeu.
The port area has recently undergone a complete transformation topped off with the new tram terminus linking the port with the rest of Nice and direct link to the airport.
If you want to explore further afield, public transport is readily available. The main number 100 bus route goes through the Port on its way to Monaco and Menton and the Riquier train station is a 15-minute walk away from which you can explore the whole of the Cote d'Azur to Italy. Should you wish to bring a car the apartment has private car parking within the building available at an extra charge.

Open plan to the living room, the kitchen is modern and very well equipped. Complete with a four-ring hob and full-sized oven, the sleek white units also house a fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and dishwasher.
Patio doors open off the kitchen onto a small balcony, allowing a gentle breeze to drift through the apartment. There are great views of the port from the balcony.
Romantic and spacious, the bedroom is as light and airy as the rest of the apartment, the sort of room you would love to wake up in. The double bed comes with two bedside tables and reading lamps.
In the morning, you can open the patio doors and step straight outside to enjoy your first coffee of the day on the balcony.
A walk-in wardrobe in the hall provides all the storage space you could wish for.
For those travelling with a baby, there is room for a baby cot in the bedroom. This can be ordered at the booking stage if you wish.
The beautiful bathroom with its nautical feel comes complete with a walk-in shower, as well as a washbasin and mirror.
