Floor/Building
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained building. The apartment can be reached by climbing the 36 stairs or by taking the lift. Please note that this will fit a pushchair, but is too small for a wheelchair.
Neighbourhood
Rue Andrioli is just steps away from Rue de France and Boulevard Gambetta, where there are plenty of local grocery stores as well as great bakeries, and restaurants.
This area, outside the tourist hub of the Old Town and Pedestrian Zone, is populated with locals who enjoy the excellent transport links (Gambetta is on many bus routes and the train station is just 10-15 minutes walk) and the easy access to the Promenade and beach. This end of the beach is less crowded than the beaches closer to the Old Town and central Nice, but several relaxed beach bars can be found here too.

Living Area
The cheerful living room is bright and airy. Taking full advantage of it's corner position, there are three large windows, and patio doors leading out on to a small balcony.
There is a sumptuous leather sofa with footstool for a relaxing night in. The living room is completed with a coffee table, TV and DVD player.
There is also a dining table that can comfortably seat four and extend to seat eight.
Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen is made up of cream units that offer plenty of storage space.
There's a four-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. There is a long bar area as well as a balcony which is ideal for enjoying breakfast or light snacks.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom is very elegant, has polished wooden flooring, and follows a blue and cream colour scheme throughout. There are patio doors leading out onto a small balcony with table and chairs for two - perfect for breakfast.
The bedroom is furnished with a King Size bed, an antique writing desk and chair, and ample storage space in the armoire. There is also space for a baby cot should you require one. The shutters will ensure a good nights sleep and total privacy.

The second bedroom is a good size, has two single beds and further storage space for clothes and belongings. This room also has patio doors opening onto the same small balcony as the main bedroom.
Bathroom
The pristine bathroom, clasically decorated in blue and white, comes with a bath with overhead shower. There is a mirror above the wash basin and a vanity unit with storage space. Conveniently, there are two toilets, one in the bathroom and one down the hall.
