Nightly rates based on a 7 night stay (stays of less than 7 nights will have a higher nightly rate and stays of more than 7 nights will have a lower nightly rate). A stay tax will apply, which is 3% of the actual stay rate excluding any travel extras, booking fees or other charges which may form part of the rate quoted. 5% Booking Fee will also apply. From the apartment it is a ten minute walk to the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais. In just under twenty minutes, you can find yourself in the Old Town either taking the Promenade route or window shop while strolling through the Pedestrian Zone and then onto the pretty Place Massena. Should you wish to visit surrounding towns such as Cannes or Monaco, it is only a five minute walk to the train station.

Light and airy with access onto the balcony, the open plan living and dining area has been finished in crisp white, grey and touches of blue. There is a three seater sofa and separate armchair, glass coffee table and plenty of soft lighting. There is also a wall mounted flat screen TV.
Between the living room and kitchen there is a round glass dining table that seats four.
The clean and modern kitchen has been finished in warm cream tones and provides plenty of space to make the most of the French Riviera's fresh ingredients. It comes complete with all mod cons including a fridge/freezer, four-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Both bedrooms are light and spacious with shutters to block out the light for a relaxing night's sleep.
The main bedroom has a classically romantic feel with its king size bed adorned by a built-in arch with two neatly fitted bedside shelves, soft lighting and framed by a large window with a Juliette balcony.
The second room, with its soft hues of pale blues, has twin beds and a chest of drawers. As in the main bedroom, there is also a large window with a Juliette balcony which allows plenty of light to flow in.
Should you need more space for hanging your clothes you can find a large walk in storage area in the hallway just off the bedroom, with ample space for hanging and storing your personal belongings.
The modern bathroom has been carefully renovated to maximise the space. There is a large walk in shower, wash basin with mirror and vanity cupboard.
