Nightly rates based on a 7 night stay (stays of less than 7 nights will have a higher nightly rate and stays of more than 7 nights will have a lower nightly rate). A stay tax will apply, which is 4.02% of the actual stay rate excluding any travel extras, booking fees or other charges which may form part of the rate quoted. 6% Booking Fee will also apply. Both charges will be applied at checkout.
The beach and Old Town are within a very pleasant 12 minute stroll around Quai de Rauba Capeu, enjoying the views from the famous Promenade des Anglais as you go. In the opposite direction, leading from the port to the bottom of Mont Boron, Boulevard Franck Pilatte boasts spectacular views and offers access to some of Nice’s lesser known, small beaches. From here you can find the start of a beautiful costal walk to Villefranche.
If you want to explore further afield, public transport is readily available. The main number 100 bus route goes through the Port on its way to Monaco and the border of Italy, and the Riquier train station is a 15 minute walk away. Should you wish to bring a car, there is public parking available on the port.

The dining table and chairs are strategically placed beside the window to make the most of the view of Nice’s colourful Port.
For entertainment there is a TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and a iPod docking station for your music.
It is difficult to choose which is the master bedroom here as each bedroom has a unique quality. The rear bedroom offers more space in the form of a conservatory with a two seater sofa and wardrobe with mirror and two drawers - installed since the photo was taken, in response to guest feedback. Leading off this is a small balcony, on which you can enjoy the morning sun.
The front bedroom, which is located at the opposite end of the apartment, has a double wardrobe and a vanity area with mirror and chair. It benefits from a Port view which is splendid to wake up to in the morning.
