This is also a great apartment if you plan to tour around the Cote d’Azur as the train station is just a ten minute walk away and there's a tram stop very close by too.

The living room is spacious and beautifully decorated, with an elevated yet homely style. Carefully selected lighting and artwork contribute to the comfortable, sophisticated feel created by a considered mix of modern and antique furniture. With double glazing and air conditioning (and/or ceiling fan), it’s the perfect place for a relaxing evening in good company.
There is a large dining table for six and a seating area with three armchairs and a sofa. There is a large wall mounted TV.
The kitchen is modern and houses everything required to fully enjoy the wonderfully fresh local produce found at local markets and shops. It has a breakfast bar that seats two, four ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The washing machine is found in the utility room along with a second fridge/freezer.
The primary bedroom holds a super-king size bed (180cm x 200cm), natural wood furniture alongside the beautiful parquet flooring that is found throughout the property. Touches of muted colour and striking artwork finish this room which also has an ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage.
The second bedroom holds a king size bed (160cm x 200cm) and follows a similar style to the first with a classic wicker headboard and more remarkable pieces of art. The original marble fireplace is a focal point for this room which also has built in storage.
The third bedroom holds a double bed (140cm x 200cm) with a small wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is an armchair by the full length windows looking out over the trees.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.There are two bathrooms. The largest holds a large walk-in shower, vanity unit with basin, mirror and toilet. It has been adorned with a truly eye-catching piece of veined marble across the back wall.
The second bathroom is an ensuite to the primary bedroom. It holds a walk-in shower, wash basin with vanity unit, mirror and toilet.
