Through the front door of the apartment you descend five steps to reach the living room that is joined to the terrace. High ceilings, marble flooring and traditional art deco cornicing frame this room which has been finished in subtle tones of white and grey.
There is a three seater dark brown leather sofa and two quilted light brown leather armchairs. There is also a varnished wood coffee table, glass book shelf, bluetooth stereo speaker, white cabinet and flat screen TV.
This room provides access to the spacious terrace with beautiful views onto the Promenade des Anglais. There is a table with chairs to seat six and a comfortable lounging outdoor sofa. There's also an additional high table and two chairs on the terrace which the owner added since the photos were taken, so there's plenty of outdoor seating.
The dining room is on a slightly elevated level along with the rest of the apartment. There is a large glass dining table to seat six on white leather chairs.
The kitchen is well kept and functional and has been finished with white cabinets and a marble worktop. There is a four-ring ceramic hob, oven, a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage and preparation space. There's also a separate tumble dryer for guests to use.
The two bedrooms are situated at the back of the property. Each come with air conditioning and their own ensuite bathroom.
The first bedroom holds a super king size bed with antique bedside tables with modern reading lamps either side. There is also a floral armchair, antique chest of drawers and fitted double wardrobe.
The second bedroom holds two single beds with bedside tables and reading lamps either side and a fitted wardrobe.
The first bathroom is an ensuite to the larger bedroom, it has been finished in grey marble and holds a bath, separate walk in shower, vanity unity with wash basin and mirror and a toilet.
The second bathroom has been finished in a similar style to the first and holds a walk-in shower, wash basin and mirror.
There is a separate second WC accessed from the hallway.
