Nice Pebbles provides holiday apartments for a range of budgets, all in central Nice. All of our apartments offer comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Nice Pebbles take great pride in their apartments and we strive to be competitive both in price and quality.

Our promise is that once you have stayed in one of our apartments, you won't want to book hotels in Nice again.

We know we can’t compete with the hotel lobby and the daily cleaning, but overall there are so many advantages to holiday apartments over hotels. We aim to make your overall stay more comfortable than a hotel room can ever be, for a similar or often cheaper price. But we don’t scrimp on the luxuries. All of our apartments are presented in the way you would expect from a boutique styled hotel – freshly laundered and pressed Egyptian cotton linen and towels.

Ever wanted a fridge to cool a bottle of rosé wine or beer? Ever wanted a sofa to relax on whilst waiting for your other half to get ready? Do you tire of having to be ready for breakfast and then paying very high prices for a basic croissant and jam? Do you feel you sometimes spend money on drink stops when you would rather be relaxing in your room?

It's a shame to visit Nice and leave without sampling the fresh produce on offer. With one of our apartments, it's easy to enjoy fresh pasta, herbs, unique olive oil, fresh market fruit, vegetables, and fish. You can also relax with a bottle of regional Bandol wine after a hard day's sightseeing or visit to the beach.

We’re on hand during your stay
We have an office at 20 Rue de L’Hotel des Postes, within a 1 – 10 minute walk of every Nice Pebbles apartment. We are open between 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday and from 10am – 3pm on Saturdays. We’re on hand in the shop or by telephone (+33 (0)9. 52.78.27.65) during your stay to help with any questions or queries. When we are not here, you have access to our emergency 24 hour helpline. Location
We recognise that holiday apartments are all about location. Nice Pebbles apartments are all within 20 minutes walking distance to the pebbled beach on the Promenade des Anglais. This was why we chose our name Nice Pebbles. We will not take on holiday apartments if the walk to the beach is any further than 20 minutes. Whilst the Promenade des Anglais is only one of the many reasons to visit Nice, the proximity to the beach is a very good indication of just how central an apartment is. Use the map link on any apartment page to locate the apartment. As you can see, they are all in central Nice.


Flexibility
You can arrive on any day of the week and leave on any day of the week. Within reason, we are able to meet you at any time of the day. There is a surcharge for arrivals after 9pm and again at 11pm. This can help you choose the best flights for you and arrange the holiday you want for your budget. We are aiming to provide the same level of service you would obtain from a boutique hotel.

Convenience
When you book, we send you a confirmation form which will ensure your smooth arrival into Nice. We provide you with detailed transportation information of how to get to central Nice and our contact details. We also give you several options of where we can meet with you to take you to the apartment. Unlike many of our competitors, we don't believe you should have to pick up keys from an unfamiliar location and then find the apartment yourself. We meet you at either the bus station, a suggested local café, the nearest square, or at the apartment itself. It's your choice. It's your holiday.

Free Luggage Storage
On your departure we also offer a luggage store facility in our local office. So you can enjoy your last day with us without being laden down with suitcases and bags. The luggage store is free for bags left between 10am and 6pm. There is a surcharge should you wish to pick up bags later than 6pm. Our office in France is at 20 Rue de L’Hotel des Postes, a few minutes walk from the bus station.

High Quality
All of our apartments are vetted and if they do not come up to standard, they are not offered on Nice Pebbles. We do not advertise any apartments which we would not be happy staying in ourselves. Many other apartments are simply an advert on a web site where no vetting has taken place. All of the owners of the apartments on Nice Pebbles must maintain their apartments to a high standard to continue to be affiliated with Nice Pebbles. All of our owners have pride in their apartments. If they do not, we do not want to work with them. Both ourselves and the owners want you to enjoy your stay, not just this time, but when you return. We are pleased that over 20% of Nice Pebbles guests are returning guests.

If we think there is anything in any of the apartments that may not suit some guests, then this is noted in the apartment description so that you can make a valued choice on the apartment on offer. Additionally, in the unlikely event of any negative feedback on any apartment, we address it immediately. So you can be sure that we are constantly monitoring the apartments we manage to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

Regulated, Professional and Insured
Nice Pebbles SARL is a fully licensed rental agent in France. Our societaire number is 41075W and our carte professionelle number 11284. We carry insurance through FNAIM. Our office in France is at 20 Rue de L’Hotel des Postes, a few minutes walk from the bus station.

Our Commitment to the "Little Things"
As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, all of the apartments are equipped with the little extra comforts that add to the enjoyment of your stay, such as a detailed welcome pack giving information about the region and the apartment, a basic grocery pack on arrival, a high-powered hair dryer to save your packing requirements, Brita water filter to save buying bottled water, extra pillows as you might have at home, iron and ironing board , fully equipped kitchen, and the provision of hotel-style pressed and starched Egyptian cotton linen and towels. You are also welcome to order extra cleaning or linen and towel packages during your stay with us. Other packages are also on offer.
