Like most Old Town apartments in Nice, the common parts to the building are not modern.
The apartment has four balconies, two with table and chairs (off the bedrooms) and two smaller ones off the living room and kitchen area.
There's a decent supermarket less than a minutes walk away, and one of the main ones five minutes walk away. You are also very close to Place Garibaldi square for fabulous pavement cafes and bars, as well as five minutes from the Cours Saleya. Basically, if you stuck a compass point at your apartment, you could stay within a 10 minute radius and be content for a month. The location for a holiday doesn't get much better than this. You also have the MAMAC art museum, a cinema, and countless restaurants, bars and pavement cafes on your doorstep, ranging from the humble socca take-aways to the institutions such as Cafe du Turin.
For travelling further afield, you can take the tram outside up to the train station, or grab a bus. Stops are less than a five minute walk away.

A small table and two chairs have been designed into the space, or guests have the option of the dining table for four in the living area. The owners have equipped the kitchen with all the utensils and tools for rustling up a culinary triumph with the delicious ingredients freshly purchased from the Cours Saleya that very morning.
The first and largest bedroom comes with the added bonus of a balcony with a beautiful view of the Coulee Vert park, as well as a Super King Size bed. As well as stylish bedside tables, lamps, drawers and an easy chair, there is also a 40 inch UDH Smart TV(connected to air digital TV), including some English channels. This master bedroom also benefits from the en-suite bathroom with a bath.
The second bedroom also leads out onto a balcony above the Place St Francois square. The bed is also a Super King Size. There are bedside tables, with drawers, and reading lamps, a large set of drawers, reading lamps and easy chairs and ottomans in both bedrooms, and there’s still enough room in either bedroom for a baby cot if needed.
Both bedrooms have a large four door wardrobe, two mirrored, bedside tables with lamps. Like the rest of the apartment, both have integrated air-conditioning, and USB chargers, just one example of how this apartment has been carefully renovated to install many guest conveniences.
The shower room holds a large walk in shower and toilet. The bathroom (en-suite to the master bedroom) offers a bath with shower attachment.
