- We lived in Nice for seven years, and now divide time between Nice and the UK. Our team is based in both Nice and the UK spread over two offices. We all care about our guests and the service we offer.
According to over ten guidebooks and feedback from thousands of customers, our Nice apartments are the best on offer in central Nice. Nice Pebbles apartments are chosen for their location, their furnishings and finish as well as amenities. If a rental apartment does not come up to our high Nice Pebbles standards, we won’t add it to our portfolio. Nice Pebbles apartments are all within 15 minutes walking distance to Nice’s 5km-long pebbley beach on the Promenade des Anglais. This was why we chose our name Nice Pebbles. For your peace of mind during your stay, we have an office in Central Nice, at 32 rue Tonduti de l'Escarene within 15 minutes walk of most of our Nice Pebbles apartments. Our Nice office is open between 10am - 12:00 and 12:30 – 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from Easter through September. We’re on hand by telephone (+33 (0)4 97 20 27 30) during your stay to help with any questions or queries. We have a dedicated customer service team in our UK office available to help by email and on the phone between 9:00 - 18:30 Monday to Saturday and 9:00 - 15:30 on Sundays.

All prices are chosen by us, not the owners, and we write the descriptions honestly and fairly without any bias. You will see we highlight both negatives as and positives on each property’s testimonials page. We want all our guests to be happy with the apartment they choose and know it’s important for us to give as much information as possible. We're more than happy to discuss your shortlist with you over the phone or by email, and there are designated staff to help with this. We can tell you how big the lift is if you are coming with children. We can tell you whether there is a shop a few minutes away. And we can even tell you how steep any stairs are.

We offer flexibility on arrival dates, online booking and a personal service up to and including arrival. On arrival every guest is personally greeted and taken to their apartment in Nice. Our team offers guidance on what to do and where to go during their stay, as well as a full orientation on the apartment and the area. Once we've left you to enjoy your holiday there's always plenty of literature, including our Pebbles Guide to the French Riviera for you to read at leisure. Guests also have numbers to reach us if they need to, and can pop into the shops during office hours.

We offer a check in and check out service – just like a hotel! Around 90% of the time, we'll accommodate our guests checking in early at their Nice rental apartment, or at the very least leaving luggage there until check in is possible. The same goes for check out. Where this isn't possible, guests are welcome to store luggage free of charge during work hours at either of our central Nice Pebbles offices.
