Nightly rates based on a 7 night stay (stays of less than 7 nights will have a higher nightly rate and stays of more than 7 nights will have a lower nightly rate). A stay tax will apply, which is 4.02% of the actual stay rate excluding any travel extras, booking fees or other charges which may form part of the rate quoted. 6% Booking Fee will also apply. With this central location, you could not be more in the heart of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk away from Cours Saleya, the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, and the bus and tram stops are a mere five minute walk away. There is also a public car park nearby, under Cours Saleya.
A fifteen minute stroll will get you to the Port in one direction and, in the other, to the Shopping District in the modern city centre. The main Nice Ville train station is about 25 minutes away by foot or an easy four-stop tram ride.
