- Like our apartments, all guests are unique. Contact us by email or phone to discuss your requirements. For further info, see our contact page
In your apartment
- You'll find two sets of keys, tea, coffee, milk, bottle of wine and Cote de Sud toiletries, as well as dishwasher tablets and washing powder. All apartments have irons, kettles, toasters etc as standard. Our owners must stock to our standards, and we replenish stock. See our listing page and FAQs for more details.
Taxis
- You can book private transfers with us. Once you have selected your apartment dates the add a deluxe extra page will enable you book a one way or round trip private transfer before check-out.
Check in times
- Standard check-in with Meet&Greet is 4pm, though we will try for earlier. Opting for Hello&Go / transfer with keys will secure a 1pm check-in time. You will have several chances to select your preferred option during and after booking. See our Travel Extras page for options and our FAQs for more.
Check out times
- Standard check-out is 12 noon. If you wish to stay longer, you can purchase a Late Check Out up to 7pm on our Travel Extras page. You must book this Travel Extra at least five days before your arrival. See our FAQs for more.
Arriving after 19:00
- For arrivals in Nice. you can pay for a late Meet and Greet or book an airport transfer or book Hello & Go key collection from key boxes outside our office. You can book an airport transfer when you first make your online reservation, or when you pay your second deposit or contact us at any time before arrival. See our FAQs for more.
Sofa beds
- Our apartments only allow guests to sleep in the beds, unless special arrangements are made, usually for a longer-term booking. See our FAQs for more.
Last minute bookings

Travelling with a baby?
- We offer travel cots and high-chairs to make your holiday that bit easier. The cot or chair can be ordered to be delivered to the apartment when making the reservation. You can choose this on the Add a deluxe extra page.

Finding the apartment
- All the guests have an option to be personally met and shown the apartment they have booked or book a transfer with key handover or collect keys from the key boxes outside our office. After 7pm, some of these options cost extra, but the collection of keys from the key boxes is available 24/7 and is free of charge. You can view options here.
Cleaning and linen
- You will arrive to a spick and span apartment, and we clean after you leave. All beds will be made up with crisp white linen, you'll also have towels. You can order extras of both cleaning and linen. For more see our FAQs

- Nice is a lively and busy city with a great buzz and vibe. You should expect a bit of city noise, city living conditions, and sometimes city works. If your top priority is quiet and calm, you should choose areas a little outside of the main city centre. Nightly rates based on a 7 night stay (stays of less than 7 nights will have a higher nightly rate and stays of more than 7 nights will have a lower nightly rate). A stay tax will apply, which is 4.02% of the actual stay rate excluding any travel extras, booking fees or other charges which may form part of the rate quoted. 6% Booking Fee will also apply. Both charges will be applied at checkout.

Floor/Building

This apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a modern building. The lift is for three people but we do not think it will fit an unfolded pushchair. Should you decide to walk there are xx steps of average steepness to reach the front door.

Neighbourhood

The location is ideal for a holiday apartment. Rue Meyerbeer is a street running off the Promenade des Anglais. It is in between the Negresco and the Palais de la Méditerranée. The airport bus stops very close by.

From this apartment, it is less than a minute's walk to the beach and Promenade, and there are shops and restaurants all around. It is just a few minutes walk to the pedestrian zone and less than ten minutes to the Old Town. For those looking to visit other places on the French Riviera, the train station is 15 minutes away on foot.

Living Area

Decorated in warm tones of coffee colour, with parquet flooring and air conditioning. The look is complemented by a corner leather sofa, coffee table and a TV unit with a smart TV. There is also a dining table with four chairs.

The living room opens up to the balcony through full length double doors. The balcony holds a small coffee table and two deck chairs to seat two.

Kitchen

Modern kitchen comprising white cabinets with a grey worktop including appliances four ring induction hob with extractor fan, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a full fridge-freezer and a washing machine. It is well equipped for meals preparation.

Bedrooms

The bedroom is spacious, and easily fits a king size bed and side tables and a desk and a chair. There is plenty of storage space in the large standing wardrobe.

Large French double glazed doors lead out onto the balcony which overlooks a courtyard.

Bathroom

The modern bathroom is tiled and has a bath and a separate shower unit, and washbasin with storage underneath.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of High Quality cotton linen and towels for four guests and utilities. The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.

How To Get There

By Car

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50€ and takes approximately 20 minutes. Trams generally run every six minutes. Disembark at the Alsace Lorraine tram stop and it’s a seven minute walk to the apartment.

We can meet you outside the apartment building, or at the tram stop at street level by the lift, as you prefer.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 20 minute ride. You will be picked up in the arrival terminal by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your keys. See our TRAVEL EXTRAS PAGE or select at checkout.

Taxis can be picked up at either terminal.

If you are coming to Nice from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Gare Nice Ville.

From the station, the tram provides a cheap way to get to your apartment. To take the tram, when you leave the Gare, turn left and follow Avenue Thiers, until you come to Avenue Jean Medecin. The trams come every five minutes and tickets cost 1.50€. Take the tram just two stops down the tram line, less than a six minute journey, and get off at Massena, which is a ten minute walk from the apartment.

We can meet you outside the apartment building, or at the tram stop, as you prefer.

If you wish to take a taxi, the taxi rank is located outside the front entrance of Gare Nice Ville and the journey to La Colombe will take approximately five minutes.

Driving in Nice can be a challenge. We strongly advise GPS or a very good map. A car park near the apartment is Parking Meyerbeer at 3 Rue Meyerbeer, which is a two minute walk to the apartment. Alternatively, parking may be available in Palais Massena at 29 Promenade des Anglais and requires a walk of about three minutes. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.

Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30€ a day for parking in central locations.
