Floor/Building
The apartment is on the fifth floor of an impressive well maintained belle epoque building with a lift. Please note that the lift is not large enough to take a pushchair.
Neighbourhood
This holiday rental apartment is located on the famous Promenade des Anglais in between the well known hotels Palais de la Mediterrannee and the Negresco.
The beach is on your doorstep, as are bars and restaurants on the beaches, Promenade and nearby Pedestrian Zone.
There are bus stops near by to travel further afield and the train station is a 10 minute walk away.
The Old Town is a 10 minute stroll away, as is Place Massena and the central shopping area on Avenue Jean Medecin.

The living area is bright and simple and the large windows ensure the apartment is always flooded with natural light.
There is a large sofa to relax on and watch the television or use the internet, but why not throw open the French doors and enjoy an evening on the balcony. A table seating four is the ideal place to enjoy a meal with a side view of the glorious mediterranean sea.

The kitchen area is modern and well-equipped. There is a four ring hob, oven, microwave, under-counter fridge and dishwasher.
There is also plenty of space to store your supplies for cooking at home.

Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms with one king size and one single bed. A baby cot could also be added to the main bedroom, please reserve one at the booking stage if it is required.
The main bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables and storage space. The bedroom leads into an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom is smaller and has one single bed and storage space. There are motorized shutter blinds on all of the windows to block out the morning light for those holiday lazy mornings.

The apartment has two modern shower rooms. Both have a walk in shower with a hand held shower attachment and a rain head. Both have toilets and sinks with mirrors over. The first bathroom (with washing machine) is the ensuite to the main bedroom. The second is a small shower room.
