Massena loft is on the second floor of a traditional building with the ground floor being occupied by shops. There is no lift and approximately 40 steps of average steepness to reach the apartment.
Quartier
In the heart of Nice, rue Massena lies amidst a shopper's paradise; you can literally shop 'til you drop. After a day sightseeing or shopping, you can relax and enjoy a typical French aperitif in one of the many cafés or dine in one of a number of chic restaurants in the surrounding area.
In the morning, pop downstairs to one of Nice’s renowned boulangeries for your morning croissants or stroll five minutes to Cours Saleya, the famous fruit, vegetable and flower market in the Old Town.
Séjour
The living and dining room is a spacious open plan area with access onto the balcony - ideal for people watching! There is a large corner sofa, coffee table, TV and dining table.
Cuisine
The kitchen is situated just off from the living and dining area and also has access onto the balcony. It is fully equipped with a four-ring hob, oven and washing machine.
Chambres
There are three bedrooms in this large property. The primary bedroom holds a king size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side, storage and access onto the back balcony. Next to this room is the second bedroom that holds two single beds.
The third bedroom is situated on the mezzanine area that is accessed via a spiral staircase in the living room. This room holds three single beds with built in storage and bedside tables. Please note that ceiling height is low.
Salle De Bains
There are two bathrooms in this apartment. The first, on the ground floor serves the two ground floor bedrooms and has a bath with shower attachment, double basin sink, toilet and vanity unit. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
The second bathroom, on the mezzanine level holds a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
