Neighbourhood
Rue Rossini is a long street at the back of the Musicien's quarter, just five minutes from the train station. From here it is a ten minute walk to the beach and Promenade, and it takes 20 minutes on foot to reach the Old Town. Alternatively, you can also hop on the tram: you will be in the Old Town in five minutes.
Living Area
Owned by an architect, this 110 square metre apartment stands out with distinctive 20th Century furniture and design. The open plan L-shaped living and dining area includes a desk with power outlets and shelving that make it ideal as home office. A large dining table seats eight, with two seating areas in the living room. The principal rooms are linked by the large entrance foyer, maximizing circulation and flow - perfect for discrete entertaining. There is a balcony that runs the length of the apartment and accommodates a table and six chairs for lounging, dining or drinking morning coffee.

The modern open plan kitchen has sightlines out to the garden, is fully stocked with everything you may need and can accommodate multiple cooks.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom shares access to the balcony, while the second bedroom faces north over a quiet residential street. Both bedrooms are generously proportioned with ample closets and storage space and king sized beds. The second bedroom also has an independent workstation facing a tall window.
