- Like our apartments, all guests are unique. Contact us by email or phone to discuss your requirements. For further info, see our contact page
In your apartment
- You'll find two sets of keys, tea, coffee, milk, bottle of wine and Cote de Sud toiletries, as well as dishwasher tablets and washing powder. All apartments have irons, kettles, toasters etc as standard. Our owners must stock to our standards, and we replenish stock. See our listing page and FAQs for more details.
Taxis
- You can book private transfers with us. Once you have selected your apartment dates the add a deluxe extra page will enable you book a one way or round trip private transfer before check-out.
Check in times
- Standard check-in with Meet&Greet is 4pm, though we will try for earlier. Opting for Hello&Go / transfer with keys will secure a 1pm check-in time. You will have several chances to select your preferred option during and after booking. See our Travel Extras page for options and our FAQs for more.
Check out times
- Standard check-out is 12 noon. If you wish to stay longer, you can purchase a Late Check Out up to 7pm on our Travel Extras page. You must book this Travel Extra at least five days before your arrival. See our FAQs for more.
Arriving after 19:00
- For arrivals in Nice. you can pay for a late Meet and Greet or book an airport transfer or book Hello & Go key collection from key boxes outside our office. You can book an airport transfer when you first make your online reservation, or when you pay your second deposit or contact us at any time before arrival. See our FAQs for more.
Sofa beds
- Our apartments only allow guests to sleep in the beds, unless special arrangements are made, usually for a longer-term booking. See our FAQs for more.
Last minute bookings

Travelling with a baby?
- We offer travel cots and high-chairs to make your holiday that bit easier. The cot or chair can be ordered to be delivered to the apartment when making the reservation. You can choose this on the Add a deluxe extra page.

Finding the apartment
- All the guests have an option to be personally met and shown the apartment they have booked or book a transfer with key handover or collect keys from the key boxes outside our office. After 7pm, some of these options cost extra, but the collection of keys from the key boxes is available 24/7 and is free of charge. You can view options here.
Cleaning and linen
- You will arrive to a spick and span apartment, and we clean after you leave. All beds will be made up with crisp white linen, you'll also have towels. You can order extras of both cleaning and linen. For more see our FAQs

- Nice is a lively and busy city with a great buzz and vibe. You should expect a bit of city noise, city living conditions, and sometimes city works. If your top priority is quiet and calm, you should choose areas a little outside of the main city centre. Louise is a lovely modern studio with character and decorated in a comfortable, modern style with a classical twist. This south facing apartment is filled with natural light and comes with a small balcony, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning, all in a beautiful Niçois building. Nightly rates based on a 7 night stay (stays of less than 7 nights will have a higher nightly rate and stays of more than 7 nights will have a lower nightly rate). A stay tax will apply, which is 4.02% of the actual stay rate excluding any travel extras, booking fees or other charges which may form part of the rate quoted. 6% Booking Fee will also apply. Both charges will be applied at checkout.

Floor/Building

This apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a quiet residential building. There is a lift that will fit two people. Should you decide to walk there are xx steps of average steepness to reach the apartment's front door.

Neighbourhood

Louise is located in a residential area that has the best of both worlds: access to local shops and restaurants, but somewhere that is also a haven from the hustle and bustle of Nice at the height of the summer. The apartment is ideally placed for whatever takes your fancy: the beach and the Promenade des Anglais is a ten minute walk (follow the Avenue Berlioz to the iconic pink dome of the Negresco Hotel), while a ten minute walk along Avenue Georges Clemenceau brings you to the vibrant Avenue Jean Medicin, the hub of Nice’s retail sector. There is a little boulangerie on the same road for your morning croissants, and several local supermarkets and a range of restaurants are only a short walk away. Conversely, if you feel like venturing further afield, the train station is only a couple of blocks away, and you can be in Monaco or St Tropez in less than an hour.

Living Area

Although a studio apartment the living space has been carefully arranged to provide a comfortable seating for two, both for relaxing in front of the TV and for eating at the small dining table. This space is filled with natural light and framed by two full length French windows with access onto a small balcony.

Kitchen

Sleek white cupboards hide an array of appliances including a full size fridge freezer, and dishwasher. There is also an oven, microwave and four ring electric hob.

Bedrooms

This studio comes with a double size bed and has been finished with touches of blue and red tying the decoration into its peaceful surroundings. There is also a reversible air-conditioning.

Bathroom

Clean and modern, the bathroom has been finished with tones of white and grey and comes with a walk-in shower, wash basin with mirror and vanity unit and toilet. There is also a washing machine.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of High Quality cotton linen and towels for four guests and utilities. The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.

How To Get There

From the Airport

By Car

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50€ and takes approximately 20 minutes. Trams generally run every six minutes. Disembark at the Alsace Lorraine tram stop and it’s a seven minute walk to the apartment.

We can meet you at the tram stop at street level by the lift, or outside the apartment building, as you prefer.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 20 minute ride. You will be picked up in the arrival terminal by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your keys. See our TRAVEL EXTRAS PAGE or select at checkout.

Taxis can be picked up at either terminal.

Gare Nice Ville. From here, if your luggage is not too heavy, it is approximately 10 minute walk to the apartment. When you exit the station, turn right and follow Avenue Thiers for about three minutes, then turn left onto Rue Berlioz followed by taking the first left onto Avenue Georges Clemenceau.

Driving in Nice can be a challenge. We strongly advise GPS or a very good map. A nearby car park in the Musiciens area is Parking Mozart at 11, Avenue Auber, and requires a walk of about seven minutes. Alternatively, Vinci Park Services at 20 Boulevard Victor Hugo, which is approximately a ten minute walk away from the Adagio apartment, is another option for parking. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.

Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30€ a day for parking in central locations.
